The original Steung Siemreap Hotel – a fine old and elegant hotel, was established in the early 1920’s soon after construction of the Wat Preah Prom Rath Temple. We are given to understand the architects and engineers who were building the Raffles Grand Hotel D’Angkor occasionally stayed at the Steung Siemreap Hotel.
